Scott Enters MW
Scott Cazet is our new exchange student from Napa Valley, California. Even though he has seen snow, he's not seen quite as much as we have here.
Compared to his school, St. Helena in California, this school is huge. Only 800 people attend the high school in Napa Valley. The entire town consists of 3,700 people, which is a little more than the total attendance here at Maine West. Unlike Maine West Scott's California school has open campus. Scott says that students are allowed to go our for lunch and leave any time they are free.
He arrived here in Des Plaines on Jan. 28 and was greeted by the Becker family with whom he is presently staying. Scott feels that the people around this area have a slight accent.
Scott is only staying here until June, and he hopes he will have some memorable moments here at Maine West. Along with an interest in movies, Scott enjoys tennis and drawing.
