Rehearsals Continue For
'The Music Man'
The Maine West Music Boosters and the Music Department will present Meredith Wilison's Broadway musical, The Music Man, on Mar. 15 -18 in the auditorium. Tickets are now available.

Both cast and crew have been working for a couple months already in rehearsal. The publicity crew is bringing attention to the musical through button and poster advertisements. This year's Music Man buttons are on sale for $.50 in the bookstore. Profits from these buttons will go toward the payment for props and costumes.
Every year the members of the cast and crew give a matinee performance with reduced rates. This program was aimed at the junior high and grammar school children or those who could not meet the evening prices. This year, however, anyone can attend the matinee. Mr. Paul Magnusson, music instructor, said that there is no guarantee that it will be as quiet as a night performance, "but just to be there will be worth your while."

The matinee performance will be on Wednesday, Mar. 15, at 4 p.m. at the cost of $1 per seat. Evening performances will be the following three nights at 8 p.m. On these nights all seats are reserved at the price of $2 and $2.50 per person. Tickets can be obtained in the bookstore or during lunch hours in the cafeteria. Johnson's Sporting Goods, The Heritage Shoppe, and White Oak Drugs are also sponsoring ticket sales.
