GAA'ers Open West Concessions

HOT DOGS, taffy apples, candy, gum, potato chips, cokes, and coffee were hawked by the GAA girls at the concession stand for West's first home football game last Friday. The GAA'ers are out working hard to raise money for new equipment, awards that are presented at the end of the year, and social functions such as the Mother - Daughters' tea. The girls will welcome your patronage.

ANY FRESHMAN girl who didn't attend the splash party, September 13, missed a lot of fun. An impressive turnout of 120 girls enjoyed swimming followed by food.
ALL GIRLS who like sports and activity are invited to become members of GAA. The membership drive started on September 13 and dues of 60 cents are still being accepted.

SWIMMING on Tuesdays and Thursdays, one of the favorite GAA activities, is now being enjoyed by members. Tennis teams have also been formed for intramural competition. Those who like hockey may sign up, as teams will soon be in competition.
