SENIOR CALENDAR 1961

The schedule of senior activities is listed below. Appropriate dress is listed for each. It will not be necessary to buy new clothes for each event. Many of the activities call for the same dress; for instance, the girls could wear the same dress for the dessert, the honors assembly, and under their gown at the Baccalaureate and Graduation.

MAY 24, WEDNESDAY - 8th period - auditorium
SENIOR TALENT ASSEMBLY
Special dress only for participants

JUNE 1, THURSDAY 2:50 P.M.
Distribution of caps and gowns in the auditorium. You must have your receipt for cap and gown rental fee with you. All financial obligations, including library fines, must be met before you pick up your cap and gown.

JUNE 2, FRIDAY
Report to auditorium immediately after homeroom
MARCHING - Practice for Baccalaureate services and commencement.

Girls-dressy clothes and heels (strapless dresses and overly dressy and expensive dresses, e.g., chiffon or lace, will not be appropriate)

Girls-pastel dresses and white heels (no crinolines) Boys-white shirts, ties, slacks
Both at the Baccalaureate and Commencement you will be wearing robes: Therefore, it is necessary that the boys be sure to wear white shirts and the girls wear white or pastel dresses as their robes are white.
