National Nursing League Honors Club With Charter
The Future Nurses club of Maine West has received a national charter from the National League for Nursing.

As a charter member, the Future Nurses club is participating in a national youth program to help the nation meet future nursing needs. The club's activities are		 designed to enable members to explore career opportunities in nursing and other health fields.

The charter was received by the club during June, but the club had already disbanded for the summer. Members visited Cook County Hospital during the last year to gain insight into nursing and health work.
