Student Council Query Gets Varied Answers

Question: "Do you think the Student Council is helping the student body, and why or why not?"


Maureen Verber, junior; C-217: "I believe the Student Council is a worthwhile organization for any school if the members put their heads to-gether and get something done. I think our student body could improve!"
 Donna Michelsen, senior; B-108: "I don't think it is a question of the Student Coun-cil helping us. It's a question of us helping ourselves, because we are supposed to be the student council. If we took a more active part, there would be no question of the Student Council helping us."

Sue Albers, sophomore; A-207: "Yes, because it has improved our school since last year a lot."

Peggy Johnson, freshman; B-203: "Yes, I think it does. School can't be all work and no play; the Student Council helps organize activities for us."
