Students' Opinions

Dear Editor:

Student Council is merely one big clique that never accomplishes anything worthwhile, or so the majority of the students claim. However, it is my be-lief that the majority of the students do not know what council really is.

How many can actually say they know what Student Council stands for? How many realize that in order for Student Council to improve, it has to obtain the cooperation and understanding of the students and the faculty? How many really care?

If students wish to acquire information concerning council, they may refer to the bulletin boards, on which Student Council activities are posted, or they may attend a Student Council meeting. .

Sincerely, .

Dear Editor:

Can you really put the blame on the boys because the dances have flopped? I can honestly say that it's not entirely their fault. Would you dance with someone who insisted on doing all the talking, stepping on your feet from not knowing how to dance, or not laughing at your jokes even though they're not the funniest you heard? Well, for Pete's sake blame some of the girls, too! .
