Boys Run Post Office For Profit
The annual Boys' Club Christmas post office began yesterday. Twenty boys, all members of Boys' club council, are laboring like Santa's helpers to deliver all cards by December 22.
Students should bring cards to the cafeteria during homeroom, or to the dressing-room behind the stage between periods. Cards will be delivered during homeroom by representatives of Boys' club.
"By following few easy in-structions regarding the addressing of envelopes, Students can make delivery a great deal easier for Bob Petkus the 'boys," said Mr. Rosenquist, club sponsor. If the card is to be sent to a student at Maine West, write his name and homeroom code number on the envelope. If the card is to be sent to a student attending Maine East, include his or her name, homeroom code, homeroom number, and the word East, on the envelope. Two cards may be sent for five cents. Proceeds will be used to further worthy projects of the Boys' club.
