Perky Help Aids Nurses
Those perky girls who receive you at the nurse's office aren't there just to brighten your spirits.

Acting as multipurpose assistants to the nurses, the girls do clerical work, keep supplies replenished, and do the errands that would otherwise 'make the nurse's day one mad rush. Students! take notice of who serves you that tea, or goes to your locker when you're not up to making it through the day.
 One assistant who is hardly a perky girl is Gerry Hanson '62, who supplies the welcome male aid needed in the offices.
