Jonas, Carr Qualify For Sectionals
Bob Jonas '62, at 95 pounds, and Colin Carr '62, at 145 pounds, qualified to enter the Sectional tournament at Palatine tonight by taking first and third, respectively, in the Prospect District Wrestling tournament.

Jonas, who placed second in District last year, was victorious over an East Leyden foe, 7-0, and a York opponent, 5-0, before gaining revenge for an earlier defeat to a Prospect contender, whom		 Jonas pinned with his second phi of the season. In the finals Bob maintained his unscored-upon status in the tourney by defeating a Willowbrook challenger, 4-0, winning the District championship.

After decisioning an opponent from Maine East, 4-3, Colin Carr conquered a Fenton matman, 2-0. Carr was edged out by an East Leyden muscleman, 1-0, before whipping a York challenger, 4-1, while taking third place.
