Tankers Third In Interim |

| After overwhelming West Leyden last week by a score of 74-10, Maine West's varsity tankers will go into the District tournament on February 17 and 18 with at least a .500 per cent record. In earlier meets, the swimmers were submerged by Glenbrook, 62-24, but upset Proviso West, 47-39, a contest in which three school records were set. In the West Leyden fray, the Warriors captured every event in piling up their 75 points. Maine dominated the meet throughout, and the final outcome was never in doubt.
