The varsity tennis team ended its regular season with a 2‑10 record. The Warriors won their last two meets defeating Forest View, 6‑1, and Conant, 6‑1.

In the Central Suburban League finals, Kathy Cooper, fourth singles, was the only Warrior to advance to the semifinals where she was defeated. Six players went to the district tournament last Friday where the Warriors placed fifth. Senior Denise Jenderzak, who was seated fourth, qualified for the state meet.

The junior varsity team finished the season with a record of 6‑7. Their most consistent players this season have been Stephanie Baker, Chris Melling, and Cindy Sniezek. Baker has a record of 7‑3 and was runner up in the Central Suburban Finals. Melling and Sniezek were also runners up and have a 6‑3 record.
