The Donkey Basketball Game on Friday, Nov. 10, in the Rider gym was a great success. The male faculty won in the championship match against the boys, 5‑1.

In the first game the girls were defeated by the boys in a close match, 6‑5. The defeated girls' team consisted of Susan Berner '79, Kathy Bowersox '80, Nancy Brock '79, Leah Carlsen '81, Lynn Cocran '80, Laura Geimer, '79, Kelly Jones '79, Beth Kostick '79, Eileen Kramer '79, Karen Lofgren '80, Jeanne Mascenic '79, Amy Morrison '79, Sue Sarten '79, Donna Schultz '79, :and Lori Sterr '81.

Brian Blondell '81, Gary Crossland '79, Chris Delafeld '81, Steve Galavitch '80, Dean Guther '79, Ron Heyse '79, Steve Hines '80, Cliff Jensen '82, Steve Kopp '79, John Mcabee '80, Rob McNab '79, Kurt Nelson '79, Scott Pippen '79, Chris Stevens '81, Gary struck '79, Mike Unger '79, and Sulo Wainio '79 made up the boys' team.

The male faculty team was victorious in the second game against the women's team. The score of that game was 13‑5. The ladies team consisted of Miss Diane diVito, Ms. Mary Gienko Ms. Karen Kenyon, Miss Gail MacDonald, Mrs. Peggy Mitchell, and Ms. Karen Morton who turned in a stunning performance. The remaining team members were Ms. Linda Sullivan and Ms. Barbara Wagoner.

The men's team was made up of Mr. Barry Bianco, Mr. Jim Borowski, Mr. Terry Bragiel, Mr. Eldon Burk, Mr. Scott Chovanic, Mr. Erv Geisler, Mr. Steve Holmbeck, Mr. Charles Lawyer, Mr. Tom Mietus, Mr. Charles Wagoner, and Mr. Steve Zimmerman.

The half time entertainment consisted of a game of musical donkeys. The two finalists in the match were Debbie Rutherford '79 and Debbie Rohlicek '80. in the last round after Debbie Rutherford took a spill over the donkey. Debbie Rohlicek then got on the donkey and won the game.
