Debbie Kowalski, Lisa Cacciatori, Laura De Serio, Pat Gavin, and Laura Ryan. Freshmen were Vicki Rimkivicz, Mary Gield, and Lori Hanestad.
Teachers who chaperoned the trip are Mr. Wayne Ambrose, Mr. George Jurinek, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Osborne, Ms. Laurie Wieser, and Ms. Heidemarie Rupp. The skiers skied at four different areas: Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and A‑Basin. Many students entered a skiing contest and some won awards.
Mike Bergles, Larry Stevens, Chris Delefield, and Mrs. Ambrose all won silver medals. Jim Bistany won a bronze medal. The students and teachers shuttle bussed from the different skiing areas. All of the students had a good time and some managed to catch a suntan. Only one unfortunate thing happened: on the way back from Colorado, the skis were misplaced, but were recovered three days later.
