When asked what the club's goals are for the year, she replied, "To improve their skills and be involved in different kinds of dance activities, and they are a talented group with much potential." The girls practice every Monday working on modern, jazz, ballet and character dancing. In addition to practicing, the group's plans include participating in this year's V-show, attending a professional dance production, performing at the Avenue of the Arts, and possibly doing a performance for the local junior high schools. They will also hold fund raisers and participate in the Homecoming festivities. They also, of course, will hold their annual show which is scheduled for Apr. 10 and 11. |
