Aurora was a key player in winning this years' state badminton championship as she and Denise Dzik won the Conference, District and State doubles title. She has been a state Badminton qualifier for three years now. She was also named All­ Conference and captain both her junior and senior years on the Volleyball team. She played a major role in winning third place in state. Aurora was named all­ conference in basketball and was a big factor in helping the team capture conference, district and regional titles as well as going downstate for the first time. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, A‑honor roll and Brotherhood Society. She was Leaders Club President this year and has received awards for Science and Stenography. Aurora was elected to the Winter Formal Court and was this years' Homecoming Queen.
