"West Week" will be held from April 24 to 27, the week after spring vacation. Various Student Council‑sponsored activities are planned. Under the direction of Pam Meyer '62, chairman of Council Week; Gretchen Rider '62, head of the Public Relations committee; and assistants Diane Clark '64, and Lynn Johnson '65, the following schedule is planned for the four day week.

On Tuesday, April 24, a discussion, "What a Good Council Representative Should Be," will be led by this year's representatives in homeroom.

April 25 will be Teacher Appreciation day. Apples will be given to all the teachers by the Future Teachers club. After school the teachers are invited to have doughnuts, milk, and coffee with the Council members.

Club day will be held April 26. All the clubs will set up displays in the rotunda for students to view.

In homeroom on Friday, several students from each class will hand in a written evaluation of Student Council.
