New Counseling Starts June 11

Since many juniors and some seniors are still undecided as to what college to apply to and which vocation suits them best, Mr. Alfred Cochrane, college and career counselor, has announced that he will be available for consultation during summer school.

"This is an opportunity for a student and his parents to learn more about his aptitudes," advised Mr. Cochrane. Other topics of discussion will be the problems which are involved in choosing a career and the selection of a college if the chosen vocation requires it.

For the college‑bound student will be discussions of applications to colleges, tests, scholarships, and other pertinent information. For the non‑college‑bound there will be discussions of trade, technical, or business schools and job opportunities.

Mr. Cochrane will be available for consultation from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from June 11 to July 6 and from August 8 to August 24. To make appointments either stop in the Personnel office or phone VAnderbut 7-6178, extension 367.
