"A picture‑cover, a complete sports schedule, a calendar of school events, and the 'Maine Way' are the interesting features to be found in the 1961‑62 'Dial Tone,' " disclosed Carol Thompson '63, chairman of the committee for the all‑school telephone directory.

Like other projects, the Student Council has this book printed and sells it for the benefit of the students. These directories are a necessity for sending Christmas cards through the Boys' club post office as well as obtaining other helpful information.

Because of a change in printers, the "Dial Tone" will be 35 instead of 40 cents. The distribution date will be announced at a later time.
