Our primary objective is to teach the basic fundamentals of dancing and give to those interested the opportunity of performing either as individuals or as members of a group," explained Miss Martha Peterson, sponsor of Dance club.

New members are invited to participate in the weekly meetings held in C‑wing gym every Friday at 3:20. The performance of Dance club in the recent Aquiana show, "Chlorine Classics," is a sample of the dance techniques.

The Dance club officers are Donna Weise '63, president; Corine Ignarski '63, vice‑president; Fran Piraino '63, secretary‑treasurer; and Sue Pabich '63, publicity chairman.

Boys Club

Organizing the Christmas formal, December 28, and a school post office preceding the Christmas holidays are two main projects of the Boys' club according to Mr. Ralph Caprio, sponsor of the club.

Officers of the club are Randy Burmeister '63, president; Bob Petkus '62, vice‑president; and Jim Swanson '63, sergeant at arms.

"This club is open to all boys in school," said Mr. Caprio. The club meets Tuesday and Thursday of every week, period 6B. Club membership totals 16 at the present time.
