"Brotherhood and Us" is the theme for this year's Brotherhood week beginning February 13 and ending February 16.

The highlight of this year's event is to be two assemblies during the first and second periods Friday. At this time the newest members of the Brotherhood society will receive their citations and be presented to the student body.

This year's speaker will be Mrs. Edith Sampson, Chicago lawyer, whose topic will be "Brotherhood and Us." This topic is concerned with promoting better relations among the students of our school.

Events scheduled for the week include nomination of students on Tuesday during homeroom. Each person will nominate one boy and one girl from each class. Tags or pins will be handed out every day in the hallways before school.

Wednesday and Thursday will be spent in the promoting of brotherly friendship between students.
