West's JV basketball team came from behind last Saturday night to beat Niles West 38‑36. Trailing throughout the first three quarters it was not until the early fourth quarter that the JVs pulled ahead for the first time.

The JVs boast a 7‑5 record with a 7‑3 conference record. The rebounding and sharpshooting of Dave Aegerter '64, and Joe Wehlacz '64, has been a large factor in the JV standing.

Wins include a 55‑36 triumph over Dcerfield with Aegerter and Wehlacz controlling the boards. High scorer was Aegerter with 24 points and next was Wehlacz with 12 points. Glenbrook's Spartans fell 54‑47 in a game sparked by Gary Wilson with 15 points. Glenbard East, Proviso West, Leyden West, and Willowbrook also fell to the Warrior's hatchet.
