As Dr. Wiltse supported reading speed and comprehension last year, this year he is placing emphasis on study habits.

The improvement of study habits often leads to higher grades.

This informative pamphlet covers all classes and levels of learning. However, teachers from both schools have made up special supplementary units to be used for each individual class. Between March 9 and 22 each department will spend one day to instruct students in the use of the departmental supplement. The following days have been set aside for instructing students in the use of the supplement:

March 9, English; 12, language; 13, science; 14, social science; 15, mathematics; 16, business education; 19, home economics; 20, art; 21, industrial art; and 22, music.

The booklet will be distributed in homeroom on March 8. Ten cents will be collected for the book in homeroom before this date. It will be available in the bookstore from February 6 to March 2.

An evaluation of the improvements in the student's study habits since beginning to use the pamphlet will be compiled by means of a test in the booklet. This same test will be given three times, each time utilizing a different answer sheet. The tests will be given in homeroom on March 8, 27, and May 25.
