CLUBBING AROUND
Win $10 for Best Attendance

For the best attendance at the pep assembly for the last home basketball game, the Boys' club awarded $10 to the Sophomore class. About 49 per cent of the Sophomore class was present.

Other classes were represented by 39 per cent of the junlors, 37 per cent of the freshmen and 32 per cent of the seniors.

The Boys' club wishes to congratulate everyone who helped accomplish this impressive turnout, and especially the Pep club for arranging the pep rally.

Boys Sell Jackets

In just a few weeks Maine West students will have an opportunity to purchase newly designed windbreaker jackets.

These jackets are light blue with "Maine West Warriors" lettered in white in the front left corner.

Members of the Boys' club and M‑club will be selling these jackets for about $5 in time for everyone to have one for the spring vacation.

Write to Pen Pals

"We are now writing to pen pals in France," explained Miss Natalie Moment, sponsor of French club. The 20 members of the club have had a cookie sale and learned French songs which they sang at the language club Christmas party.

Officers are Linda Petkus '65, president; Judy Darr '65, secretary‑treasurer; and Ethel Koehler '65, vice‑president.

If you are taking French, you are eligible to join this club. Meetings are held every second Wednesday; generally refreshments are served.
