Seniors ranking in the top 5 per cent of their class, based on seven semesters of school work, were honored at a party after school last week by the Maine West Mothers' club.

Dr. Earle Wiltse, superintendent of District 207, was the featured speaker.

Students receiving honors include Mark Bade, Kathy Bracher, Edward Churney, John Collister, Kathy Ditton, Thomas Geisler, Richard Geertz, Ingrid Gustus,

Kay Hauck, Paula Humphreys, Susan Lane, Alice Long, Susan Luebbers, Susan MacHattie, Valerie Olson, Roxanne Orloff, Steven Priest, James Ramsey, and SuJane Schreyer.

Also Jim Simon, John Toth, Robert Treanor, Janice Wandrey, and Lois Wright.

The girls were given medals for charm bracelets, and the boys received tie tacks.
