The annual Variety show sponsored by Student Council will be held in the school auditorium on April 4, 5, and 6. The V-Show is the biggest event in the school year for the entire student body. V‑Show is open to any student interested in having a good time while working on the show.

The staff for V‑Show is composed of 'both students and teachers. Mr. Garth Boyer is the faculty sponsor, Mr. Robert Kuite the faculty music director, Mr. George Blanas the faculty art director, and Mr. Glen Hoffman the Student Council sponsor.

The student staff consists of Neshan Keshian '64, student director; Diane Clarke '64, producer; Sandy Collins '63, co‑ordinator; Nancy Lindemann '63, art director; Keith Johnson '64, stage manager; Chuck Hawes '63, music director; and choreographer Diane DeFranco '65, and her assistants its Linda Mahan '65, and Donna Wiese '63.

Tryouts for the Girls' and Boys' dance choruses were held before Christmas. The applicants learned a dance under the supervision of the choreography staff. After several days of practice, the tryouts were held and the staff chose Barb Georgans '63, Donna Hostetler '66, Sandra Kunkel '65, Connie Lambrecht '66, Linda Petkus '65, Maureen Quinn '64, Kori Sue Rohrbacher '65, Cindy Schorr '65, Anita Steinert '64, and Karen Struebing '64, for Girls' chorus.

Similar procedure resulted in the selection of Jim Carley '64, Mike Enriquez '63, Pete O'Grady '64, Dave Grogan '63, Bob Gundelach '64, Dick Heller '65, Ken Houy '63, Dennis Klausing '64, Mark Sorensen '65, Norb Thomas '65, Frank Vaia '63, and Terry Zach '63, for Boys' chorus.

Mr. Boyer explained, "This year's staff is made up of great workers with many excellent ideas. The show ought to be a very good one."

Neshan Keshian commented, "On behalf of the entire staff, I would like to invite anyone interested in working on the show to do so."

Diane Clarke remarked, "V-Show depends upon the support of the entire student body, and if the students cooperate, we'll have the best show in years. Students who work on the show gain many things from working with other people on a project like V‑Show A person who works on the show gains new friends."

The social committee of Student Council is working hard on the show, as is the staff; with the combined effort of everyone, April 4, 5, and 6 will truly be days to remember.
