Two Eligible To Officiate
With interest, desire, and a willingness to learn as starting qualifications, Pam Pagel '64, and Stephanie Kempton '65 have gone on to win ratings in basketball officiating. Since November 1st these two girls have been instructed in girls' intramural basketball, officiating two mornings a week and at after school practices. They are in the leader program here at school.
Pam and Stephanie are now eligible to officiate in intramural games at other schools in this area.
To pass the rating, a written and practical examination was required. The minimum score was 70, which each girl achieved without any difficulty.
