Legion Gives Wills 1st Place
Applying his knowledge of the Constitution of the United States, Richard Wills '64, won the highest award in the American Legion Constitution Contest. He will receive a $100 scholarship to his choice of any institution of higher learning. Runner-up was Harold Slotta '65. Richard's name will be inscribed on a plaque which has just been placed in the Maine West library. The plaque, which contains the previous four winners, was presented by the American Legion.

On March 25th juniors and seniors were able to take a written test to qualify for the finals held on Friday evening, April 10th, in the library at Maine West.

The students participating in the finals were Judy Bales '64, Jeff Clement '64, Donald Grundler '64, Bill Morgan '64, Harold, runner-up, and Richard, the winner.
