Amid shouts of "where's the typewriter?" and "has this story been copyread?" this cub edition of The Westerner was finally completed. The staff of this edition is special in that it is not the regular staff, but the students of the journalism classes combined. These classes study the regular English III agenda and learn the essential techniques of journalism needed to train students to be efficient members of The Westerner staff during their senior year.
