Aquanauts Make Big Splash
"Don't go near the water" is a phrase never uttered among Aquiana swimmers, and so shall it be with the new members recently chosen to belong to the swim club.
The 12 new girls will have a new home - the swimming pool - for they will be spending most of their time there learning the unique and fascinating art of water ballet and synchronized swimming.

New junior swimmers are Diane DeFranco, Betsy Smith, and Denise Top. Sophomores who will be wearing bathing caps and swimsuits are Janis Blume, Karen Gabbert, Linda Markowski, and Lynn Struebing.
Freshman mermaids are Sharon Bebak, Darlene Daszek, Diane Fehrenbacher, Margie Fritz, Margie Gasteier, Lauren Good, Lori Gordon, Judy Haase, Bonnie Junius, Nancy Meyer, Peggy Michelsen, Sue Olson, Linda Pinzke, Marcy Richey, Terri Sassman, Linda Virostko, Delores Webster, and Linda Wetendorf.
