VOL. V, NO. 5
What makes up the ideal student? Maine West teachers, authorities on the subject, responded with the following answers:
Mr. Donald Layton, "The ideal student does what's expected of him. He's well organized and he shows both initiative and creativity in his school work."
Mr. Eric Edstrom, "There is no such person. All students should have a curious mind and be willing to learn."
Miss Dawn Butler, "Polite, ambitious, interested, and willing to participate."
Mr. William Miller, "There will be an ideal student, but a good student would have enough curiosity and interest to go beyond the realm of the ordinary classroom work."
Mr. Vernon Stenoien, "I don't know. I haven't met one yet."
Well, Mainites, that is the word from the teachers, so start being IDEAL!
