Donna, Craig Lead Girls', Boys' Clubs
"What a great opportunity this year is going to be for the girls with this year's Girls' Dance falling on Valentive's Day in February in a leap year," exclaimed Donna Wolf '64, president of Girls' Club.

Donna modestly announced, "All that happened was that my name was put on a ballot, and I was elected." This is how Donna says she became president of Girls' Club.

The Girls' Choice Dance, Mother‑Daughter Dessert and the Senior Faculty Tea, are among a few of the activities the Girls' Club will sponsor.

Among Donna's many activities are Student Council for three years, Public Relations Chairman in her junior year, A Cappella Choir, Choraliers, Tri‑M Club, Secretary of the Honor Society, Senior Leaders, Girls' Club Council for three years, student director of this year's Senior Class Play, Aquiana Swim Club, Thespian Club, and chairman of the V‑Show Usherettes.

Smiling a lot and blushing miserably are her two characteristics. She doesn't like people who don't use their "blinkers," and she despises people who are all surface. Her hobbies are music and swimming. Donna especially likes peppermint ice cream.

"I sent a certain boy a post card when I was on a vacation and forgot to put a stamp on it. The next time I saw him, he told me about it." This is Donna's most embarrassing moment. Her most outstanding memory is when her routine from the Aquiana Swim Club was presented at Northwestern University.

After graduation, Donna hopes to attend McMurry College.
Craig Ehlen '64, born on Valentine's Day, certainly puts his heart into everything he does. Not only being the President of Boys' Club, Craig has attained athletic as well as academic success.

Craig was never more shocked in his life than when, last year at the Senior Honor Assembly, Mr. John Clouser was presenting the Havard Book Award. When the winner of the award was announced, Craig's name was mispronounced, and he, never thinking he was qualified for this honored award, thought someone else was meant. Seconds later a girl sitting next to Craig nudged him and informed him that his name was probably being called. To Craig's amazement he did receive this award as the highest ranking Junior in his class.

Craig, among his classmates, is commonly referred to as "Torch." He obtained this name while on the basketball team in his sophomore year. According to Cliff "Bird" Vogel '64 and Ray "Spider" Bartholomae '64, "We took nicknames to give the team spirit, and they stuck with us."

Upon being asked his pet peeve, he replied, "Girls that wear too much make‑up and wear wild hair do's‑just make me mad." Craig is also asking the school to address their Christmas cards correctly in order for faster delivery. "Every effort is being made to assure fast and safe delivery from the Boys' Club Post Office."

Craig helps out the Park District as an Officiator in his spare time. He turns his interests toward girl watching, sports of all types, fooling with gadgets, and foods: especially turkey and any type of chocolate.

After graduation Craig intends to study at either Harvard or the University of Illinois. His ultimate goal is to go into a law enforcement.
