The final performance will be by the Show Band. On Saturday, February 1, the group participated in the Stage Band Concert at Oaklawn. It was awarded first place among 40 other bands and several West individual performers were recognized for outstanding musicianship. This band is under the direction of Mr. Spears, Maine West music instructor. They will play "Congenial" arranged by Mr. Spears, "Little Jeffrey" by Philip Hway '64, "As Long as He Needs Me" arranged by Ernest Passoja, "Appellaphobia" by Mr. Spears, and "Brother Moxie" by Wayne Markworth '64.
