"Rhapsody of Hearts" is the theme of this year's girls' choice dance to be held Friday, February 14th, from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. in the cafeteria and the student lounge.
This year's dance will be decorated in the traditional Valentine's Day colors. Red, white, and pink streamers will be hung from the pillar to create a lowered ceiling effect. From the streamers will be red and pink glittered hearts and miniature notes in silver and gold; hanging above the doorway will be a large heart.
Committee chairmen handling the dance are decorations, Karen Kluessendorf '65; publicity, Kris Nielsen '66; refreshments, Marilynn Conners '67; tickets and bids, Vickie Shine '66.

Dress for the dance will be party best, and girls are to make signs or corsages for their dates. Music will be provided by Jim Bestman; refreshments include cookies and punch. Tickets are $2 per couple.
"Because this is leap year, it is appropriate for the girl to make the date with the fellow," asserted Donna Wolf '64, president of Girls' Club council.
Anyone interested in helping decorate the cafeteria should do so on Friday, February 14th, after school.
