How about a date? Where are we going? We're going to the fifth annual Music Boosters Pow Wow for swimming, dancing, and door prizes. When? It's tomorrow night from 7 to 11 p.m.
Maybe you'll win a portable stereo record player. Do you type? You could win a portable typewriter. Perhaps you would like a transistor radio, a record album, or even a tape recorder. They will have all of these there.
Bring along your swimming suit and your dancing shoes, because we're going swimming in the pool and dancing to the music of the Show Band in the cafeteria. How would you like a big teddy bear? I'll try to win one for you in the game room.

Then we'll go to one of the two floor shows. There we will see "The Cozy Chords Barbershop Quartet" We'll hear Frank Dawson's Jazz Combo, and we'll see the Maine West Pom Pom Squad and the Maine West Twirling Corp. Do you like folksingers? There will be some there. Also you'll see Coach Sidney Drain' s Gymnasts. Sounds pretty good doesn't it?
It's for a very worthy cause. The proceeds will go to the Maine West and Maine South Music Departments. We can get tickets very easily. Everyone is selling them. The whole fun filled evening will cost only $1.
