SC Election Approaches
"Everyone get out and run for office!" That's what Ethel Koehier '65, is advising all juniors to do.

Election Week for next year's Student Council offices will be March 15th to the 19th. The only requirement is that you be a junior with at least a 2.5 grade average. Neither secretary nor president needs experience on Student Council to run for office. Petitions will be available in the Personnel Office on March 1st and must be returned by March 8th
 After the candidates have been chosen, there will be campaigning in the morning and assemblies during the day. This year there will not be skits at the assemblies.

Students will be able to vote for the candidates of their choice at the head of the cafeteria during their lunch period. Since there will be no registered voting this year, Student Council hopes more people will turn out to vote.
