Sophomores Greet Spring
This year the sophomores will welcome spring with their annual PTC party, "Swingin' into Spring." The party will be held in the auditorium and cafeteria from 8 to 11 p.m. on March 27th.

Sponsoring the dance is the Sophomore Class with the help of the parents. President of the Sophomore Class is Jim McNurney; vice president, Dick Manny; secretary is Diane Fehrenbacher; and treasurer is Patty Clement. Also, Mr. Dan Farris and Miss Ruth Basenbach, teacher supervisors, are helping to plan the party.

The master-of-ceremonies for the variety show, which will be held in the auditorium earlier in the evening, will be 		Mr. Hayward. After the variety show there will be dancing, with the Frantics playing.

Committees for the party will be variety show, chairman, Sue Buthman; Bob Pease, Judy Hoffmeyer, and Arlette Dawson, refreshments; chairman Laurie Andropolis, Nancy Kinder, and Ernie Fuibright; publicity, chairman, George Bethurem, Pete Gianpetro, and John Vandepoel; and decorations, chairman, Kate Levan, Mary Steele, and Nancy Gunn.

For this party the dress will be school apparel. "We hope to see all you sophomores and your parents at the party really enjoying yourselves," remarked Jim MeNurney.
