Intramurals
On the intramural scene the senior volleyball tournament is underway, the juniors will compete before Easter vacation, and the frosh-sophs will contend after vacation.

Intramural weightlifting for sophomores was held two weeks ago, and after three lifts (press, curl, clean, and jerk) the winners were Glen Gunnufson, lifting a total of 390 lbs.; Tom Gigante, following with a high total of 420 lbs.; and Jay Carley, lifting a total of 125 lbs. The freshman class champion weightlifters were Jim Greenwald, taking 340 lbs.; John Baldwin, lifting a total of 315 lbs.; and third was Larry Cillo with 270 lbs.

Congratulations to Linda Klep-pert's volleyball team of Kathy Kallstrand, Aurelia Deland, Mary Mantos, Lynn Frank, Linda Wells, Carol Hendren, and Debbie Carroccio for winning the 1965 volleyball tournament on March 24th.

Maine West has its own Marion Ladewig. Lee Winski bowled a fabulous 243 game during Girls Bowling Club competition. Lee strung nine strikes, a spare, and an open frame to amass her outstanding total.
