Students Present One Act Play In Drama Classes

A workshop, in which students are divided into small groups which direct, produce, and act in their own plays, is being sponsored by Mr. Garth Boyer.

Fourth period students presented "When Shakespeare's Ladies Meet," directed by Joyce Humay '65. The cast included Cathy Koller '66, Sandy Kunkel '65, Paulette Lindberg '65, and Helen Linquist '66. Another play presented, that will again be presented at the Fine Arts

Festival, is "Box and Cox," directed by Linda Rasmussen '65 with Jack Barette '65, John Noyer '66, and Cathy Solare '65. "Dear Audrey" was the final play presented by the fourth period class. It was directed by Sue Lasker '65, and Diane Dormeyer '65, Brigette Markshat '66, and Mark Sorensen '65 were the actors.
The seventh period class produced "The Old Ladys Shows Her Medals," directed by Kathy Williams '65. Members of the cast included Sue Gartner '65, Pat Kraft '65, Lorna Seitz '65, Bill Strand '65, Marcia Surricoff '65, and Lee Whipple '65. The seventh period class also presented "The Plum Tree," directed by Chris Sparrow '65. The cast included Carol Bissing '65, Peg Callaghan '65, Pat Gass '65, Pat Oas '65, Sue Perry '66, Debbie Quinn '65, and Betsy Smith '65.

The eighth period class also presented this play with Karen Flaskamp '65, Donna Hostetler '66, Vickie Kolton 65, Norine Rossman '66, Shirleen Ullrey '65, Paula Wagner '65, and Nancy Weise '66. Also presented was "The Unsatisfied Supper," directed by Gail Horn '65, with Harriet Hall '66, Dave Humphreys '65, and Mary Leonard '65. Besides this, "The Flattering Word" was presented with Ed Newell '65, Pat Nashburn '65, Ken Paulini '66, Barb Schell '65, and Twyla Van Vleet '65.
