Bi-S Society Picks Colin |

| Colin Baenziger '66, was named the Best History Student at Maine West for the 1964-65 school year at the traditional National Historical Society Tea, which was held May 25th in the cafeteria. Along with the other juniors who participated, Colin took the competitive examination given earlier this quarter. The students who received the top five scores, Cohn, Dennis O'Connell, Terry Ritter, Daniel Roycroft, and Julie Szabo, were honored by the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution). Cohn received a certificate and a medal from the DAR and a $25 savings bond. |
The 28 top scoring juniors were initiated into the National Historical Society at the tea. They are John Austin, Colin Baenziger, Sandra Breuscher, Nancy Carlson, Carol Christensen, Richard Cornelius, Jane Criss, Dennis Doyle, Linda Fick, Kevin Flurkey, Wendy Geertz, and Clark Greg. Also Larry Hofmann, Kathleen Hosier, Richard Hudson, Arland Johannes, Nancy Kruse, Dennis O'Connell, Trant Outlaw, Terry Ritter, David Robertson, Daniel Roycroft, Michael Schuepfer, Judy Serone, Maryann Sloan, Julie Szabo, Kenneth Thompson, and Nancy Wiese were initiated into the Society. |
