VOL. 6, NO. 7
DEC. 18, 1964

And another play ends its run

The end of the act is near, and the players make a last effort to put their best foot forward in their roles. But they, too, realize that the end is near, and soon they will have to take their last bow and leave the stage for other actors and another act to take their place in the endless play called "Life."

Perhaps some will return and have another chance to prove their worth, but most will become a part of the
stagecrew again and return to oblivion. At midnight on Dec. 31st, the curtain will fall on Act 1964.

When they reopen, Act 1965 will begin its run of a year. But Act 1964 will be written down in the memories of those who were in it, and it will go down in the portals of history along with the rest of the play.
