Judge means rules west |

| "Graduating, making the golf team, and keeping up my grades," is what Bob Means, Traffic Court judge, is looking forward to this year. Bob stands a full 6 feet 1 inch. His head is covered with dark brown hair, and he peers out of brown eyes. "Oh!" is his favorite expression, and his faults are talking too fast and making decisions too slowly. His pet peeve is sloppy dressers. Bob has been a Student Council representative for four years. He was on Class Council in his freshman and sophomore years. He went out for golf as a sophomore and junior. This year he was elected Traffic Court judge. Bob has also taken part in intramurals. Bob works as a caddy, and golf is his favorite sport because "it's relaxing and different." |
His most thrilling experience was when, "I got a hole in one, only it was on a small course." His most enjoyable experience is being able to participate in Student Council. Bob's most embarrassing moment happened this year and was printed in The Westerner for all the school to see. "I got caught without a sticker on my car." Bob feels that the most outstanding thing about Maine is "the kids, because they make Maine what it is." He hopes that "Maine is as good to other kids as it was to me." He thinks the worst thing at Maine is that it doesn't have its own fieldhouse or spectator gym." This year is Bob's best one because he was elected Traffic Court judge, and through Student Council, he is meeting more friends. Bob wants to go to college and eventually become a lawyer, "I hope." |
