Seniors Select After-prom Site

Members of the Senior Class will be spending June 5th at Nippersink, Wis. on the Dream Train '65 late date trip.

At 12:30 am., right after their prom, they will meet at the Elk's Club for a midnight buffet. Then they will do a snake dance to the train station.

At 2 am, they will pile aboard the Dream Train North where there will be two dancing cars and two game cars, live music, and a wheel of fortune.

After arriving at Genoa City the seniors will board buses to take them to Nippersink Lodge. They will eat a breakfast of dry cereal and enjoy activities such as swimming, tennis, boating, shuffleboard, baseball, horseshoes; or the indoor type may enjoy dancing, movies, a professional stage show, ping-pong, and card games.
A free souvenir photograph will be taken of everyone, and a man-sized lunch will be served.

A bus will then take them back to Genoa City where they will depart at 12 noon and arrive in Des Plaines at approximately 3 p.m.

Adult supervisors will be present, as well as nurses and life guards.

The cost is $13.50 per person (dates aren't required), and all seniors and their dates are invited.

Permission slips are now available, and must be turned in with a$5 down payment.
