The annual All‑School Open House will be held at Maine West on Thursday, May 5, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Students will display their knowledge and skills to those attending the Open House and also show the tremendous opportunities which are made available to the students at Maine.

Some of the various departments will be actively participating in the Open House. The Junior Orchestra will be giving a recital. Exhibits from the Home Economics department will be seen in C-wing. Also, girls will be modeling various outfits through the halls as a preview of their upcoming fashion show. The

Industrial Education department will display handy work from the different shops in D-wing. Active participants in Girls' P.E. will demonstrate their skills in badminton, modern dancing, folk dancing, and fencing. The Business Education department will be using different equipment such as IBM machines, etc. The steno labs will place a speaker in the ball projecting taped music, and an explanation of the steno lab. The Art department will have a big exhibit in all art rooms and display cases.

The entire faculty will be available for consultation with parents during the first hour.
