The American College Test, ACT, will be given on Saturday, April 23, at 8:30 am. in the cafeteria for juniors. All juniors who are planning to attend college should take this test. Juniors had to be registered before April 1 to be eligible to take the test. The test scores may be sent to a scholarship agency, where the person is eligible for a state scholarship.


Legend payments can be paid the week of April 25 during all lunch periods at the head of the cafeteria. Students should bring their number one receipt, $2.50, and a pen. Because a few additional yearbooks were purchased, 1966 Legends may still be ordered in A-111 before and after school.

The Iowa Tests of Educational Development, ITED, will be given on May 3, 4, 5 from 8:30‑11:00 am. All juniors will take these tests. The ITED shows the mental development of students over a two‑year period. The test will cover the areas of social studies, natural sciences, literature, and general vocabulary.
