Free swims for all boys are being held every Tuesday and Thursday after school until 4:15 in the swimming pool. Coming soon is Intramural water polo and to be followed soon after by an outdoor track meet.

The Intramural weightlifting tournament was held, and the winners were decided by the total weight of the curl, jerk, and press. The amount of weight was then compared to each boy's own weight.

In the senior class, the champion was Rich Miller, followed by Greg Gundling and Ron Ploshay. The juniors had Glen Gunnufsen first, Jay Carley second, and Ron Sass third.

Larry Cillo was the sophomore class champion weightlifter, with Dan Brinkman and Jim Greenwald second and third.
