M‑Club was beaten by the faculty on December 1, 55‑35. The faculty members were led by Mr. Robert Goerne and Mr. Richard Mueller. Mr. Goerne rested on the floor occasionally during the first half, and Mr. Phillip Kardasz shot free throws while jumping around in a circle. Then Bob Mein '66 intercepted Mr. Donald May's pass and brought the ball back for two points.

With six minutes left in the first half the speedier, younger M-Club team outplayed the older, easily-tiring faculty members.

The M-Club then proceeded to bring the score to 22-18 in favor of the faculty at the close of the first half.

The faculty team got down to business and came back to run away with the ball game in the second half. The remainder of the game was almost a repeat of the first half except for the last ten seconds of the game. Jeff Pabich '66 used the shoulders of Larry Hofmann '66 to sink the last basket. Jeff Pabich tried four shots and then finally made one to end the game.
