"This year V‑Show will hit bigger and greater heights than any V‑Show I have been in, in the past three years. It has everything from a Hungarian rhapsody to a Viennese waltz," remarked Connie Lambrecht '66, this year's choreographer and active member in the 1966 production of V‑Show being presented on February 3, 4, and 5.
"The Four Seasons" is the theme of "Stage West '66." All acts have been arranged with the idea of a season in mind. Through rain, sleet, and snow V‑Show will be presented.
Tickets will be on a reserved seat basis. Sales will begin the middle of next week.
The range of this year's presentation seems to be tremendous. Some of the acts include: "Sleigh Ride" (winter), "Chim Chim Chiree" (fall), "Heat Wave" and a Tahitian number (summer), a Viennese waltz and an Easter parade for spring. Also included will be a drum act.
The opening number is an arrangement of "From This Moment On." Curtain calls will conclude the program to the musical background of "That's Entertainment."

The V‑Show this year is basing a lot of its originality and beauty on two subjects always thought of in the past years as an essential but never built up. Costumes will be more elegant and detailed than ever before. The staff has splurged and made the budget fit more comfortably around the costumers' ideals. Lighting, too, will be of great importance. Under the direction of Paul Hummel lighting will create a great deal of atmosphere at the performance.
People associated closely with this year's production are Director Harriet Hall; Choreographer Connie Lambrecht; Assistant Choreographers Linda Pinzke, Charlotte Freeman, Fran Urban, and Donna Hostetler; Music Director Rich Hudson; Coordinator Nancy Carlson; Programs Chairman Dennis Doyle; Costumes Chairmen Linda Robe and Mike Brennan.
Connie concluded, "We've worked hard and done our part so now you do yours and come and see the 1966 production of V-Show."
