Tournament time rolled around on the G.A.A. winter schedule as the volleyball teams played one another in an elimination tournament which took place on January 12 and 13. The captains of the participating teams were Carol Currier '66, Joy Heckenbach '66, Dolores Webster '67, Linda Wilkins '67, Linda Virostko '67, Linda Pagel '67, Peggy Loebach '68, Aurelia Deland '68, and Diane Schettko '66.

On the G.A.A. agenda there is an important event for all interested girls. A time is set aside in C‑wing gym on certain days after school for girls to learn and to practice on the various gymnastics apparatus. This is an opportunity for routines on different equipment to be made up and for special skills to be acquired.

Another important winter event for G.A.A. is the "Daddy Daughter Nite" which will take place on Thursday, January 20.
