Chosen at the finals last Wednesday night were Katy Mandell '69, Eileen Goelz '69, Connie Schlesser '69, Jean Frank '70, Chris Clausen '70, and Cathy Leer '70, who will serve as this year's frosh‑soph cheerleaders.

Clinics were held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday before the semi‑finals which were held on the following Monday. Twenty‑two finalists were chosen from the 64 girls who tried out.

Three sophomore girls and three freshman girls were chosen for the squad by Miss June Thompson, Miss Marcia Storey, and the presidents of both Girls' and Boys'

Clubs. This frosh-soph cheerleading squad will accompany the junior varsity and varsity cheerleaders at all school sport activities.

Those girls on the junior varsity cheerleading squad are Patty Falconer '68, Janie Leis '69, Janice Bobernac '69, Pat Cordts '69, Toey Belzer '69, and Linda Weslowski '69.

The varsity squad is composed of Dolores Webster '67, Jan Erickson '67, Mary Steele '67, Joan Beyer '68, Linda Peterson '68, and Nancy Gunn '67.
